Payment

We accept PayPal, Bank Deposit or Cash/Credit card on pickup. (Please allow 1-4 days for item to be ready for pick up) Please note that buyers must request a freight to be able to purchase an item unless it’s for collection from our warehouse or specified as free postage. Please include product description, suburb, postcode, and a contact number when requesting a freight cost.Please note: All items sold will only be held for 3 days unless a deposit or full payment has been made.

Warranty

* The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. Defects or damages from abnormal use, unauthorized repairs, alterations, improper installation, and other acts will not be covered by warranty. * It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that the items are installed by licensed/professional person. All warranty claims must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from Customer Service – if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your claim may not be accepted. In order to make a claim, please be prepared to provide Customer Service with:
  • Details of the defect or damage in relation to which you are making a claim under the warranty;
  • Photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable;
  • Your eBay user ID (If purchased through Ebay) or any other proof of purchase;
  • Any other details we may need to process your claim;
  • All communication can be done via email or by calling us.

Shipping | Packaging | Dispatch

As you may have noticed we do not use an automated online freight calculator due to our wide range of products and various different sizes, instead we will manually calculate the best freight charges for you. Emails are usually replied within usual trading hours. It takes 2-6 working days to deliver on the major metropolitan/city areas. It takes 3-10 working days to deliver to WA, NT, TAS and some regional/remote areas. Our freight Company does not deliver items to Parcel Lockers/PO Boxes. Please note that buyers must request a freight to be able to purchase an item unless it’s for collection from our warehouse or specified as free postage. All deliveries are unloaded to the main entrance of the building/house; Courier Company does not contact the buyer before delivery, all updates are sent by the courier company to the buyer via email and will be notified for delivery date.

PRICING

We are committed to providing Australians with the best renovation products with the lowest prices. We are happy to price match, as we won’t be beaten when it comes to price. Prices displayed on the Website are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Pricing on a Product detail page may not include delivery charges (if applicable). Delivery will be calculated by contacting us for freight cost quote (Please refer to shipping/packaging/dispatch section) Prices of Products, as well as delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices, which appear on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Products which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will hold the order for 3 days. If you cancel and you have already paid for the Products, you will receive a full refund. If you are not sure about the details of any product, or you found an error in the listing, please contact us.
