    Claims, Returns and Refunds

    At Bathroom Upgrade, we aim for you to be delighted with your purchase.

    Online Product Descriptions:

    All online pictures and images of products are for illustrative purposes only. Please note that goods' sizes, colours, and dimensions may vary in person.

    Warranty

    The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. Defects or damages from abnormal use, unauthorized repairs, alterations, improper installation, and other acts will not be covered by warranty.* the customers are responsible for ensuring that a licensed/professional installs the items. All warranty claims must be directed through Customer Service. Please only return or post articles after obtaining instructions from Customer Service. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable, and your claim may not be accepted. To make a claim, please be prepared to provide Customer Service with:

    • Details of the defect or damage about which you are claiming the warranty;
    • Photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable;
    • Your invoice number or any other proof of purchase;
    • Any further details we may need to process your claim;
    • All communication can be done via email or by calling us.

    Claims for faulty or damaged products:

    Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. For example, if the item was picked up from our store and inspected before pickup, we would not accept claims for any damages.

    If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will offer a replacement provided you have evidence of fault/damage. All claims must be made before installation. No wrong item/damaged claims will be accepted if the item has been installed. Please only bring the item into the store or return it to us after contacting our store first.

    Depending on the issue, we will organise a warranty claim with the manufacturer of the item; if immediate replacement is not possible, it may take up to two weeks to issue a replacement.

    If you are dissatisfied with the item, or it does not match the product description, please contact us.

    All claims must be made before installation. No wrong item claims will be accepted if the item has been installed.

    Returns & Refunds

    All returns must be permitted by the store. However, suppose you are returning an item because of a change of mind about the purchase. In that case, we will offer you a reimbursement, exchange, or credit note, provided that:

    • The item is in its original condition, uninstalled, with no signs of wear and tear, and the packaging is undamaged.
    • You must well package any product you are returning to us to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to our store.
    • The item is returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of acquisition provided to our store.
    • Upon return, please allow three business days for us to inspect the item before issuing a credit or refund.
    • You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are suitable for your purpose before placing an order.
    • Custom-made orders are only eligible for returns or change of mind if the item has a manufacturing fault.
    • Bathroom Upgrade will not be liable for any labour costs, as the warranty only covers replacement or parts. Bathroom Upgrade is not responsible for any loss, damage, cost, expense, or injury to you or any third party due to mishandling or wrongful installation. The customers are responsible for ensuring that a licensed/professional installs the items.

    To return an item, you need to follow the below steps:

    1. Contact Bathroom Upgrade to obtain approval for the return.

    2. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and the packaging still intact, with no indications of wear and tear.

    3. Adequately package the item to ensure it is not damaged during return delivery to our store.

    4. Include your proof of purchase or invoice/order number.

    5. Please send the item to our address: 7/191 Parramatta Rd, Auburn 2144 NSW.

    6. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the reimbursement once we receive and check the item.
