Postage & Delivery Policy
As you may have noticed, we do not use an automated online freight calculator due to our wide range of products and various sizes; instead, we will manually calculate the best freight charges for you. Emails are usually replied to within our trading hours. It takes 2-6 working days to deliver to the major metropolitan/city areas. It takes 3-10 working days to deliver to WA, NT, TAS and some regional/remote areas. Please note that our buyers should request a freight cost before placing an order to give you an exact amount of the total price unless it's for collection from our warehouse or specified as free postage. Please include the product code, suburb, postcode, and contact number when requesting a freight cost. Please note: All items sold will only be held for three days unless a deposit or full payment has been made. All deliveries are unloaded at the main entrance of the building/house; the Courier Company does not contact the buyer before delivery, and the courier company sends all updates to the buyer via email, who will be notified of the delivery date.
Deliveries within Sydney
- Our company driver carries out deliveries.
- For bulky items, delivery is to be pre-organised with our sales team. We need one week's notice before delivery. Please notify the office if you need your order sooner so we can check and confirm if this is possible.
- A re-delivery fee will apply if nobody is at the delivery address to receive the delivery. All deliveries are unloaded on the ground floor.
- Deliveries will not be taken inside the house or upstairs for the safety of our delivery drivers
- All deliveries are between 8 am – 6 pm; the driver will call you 30 minutes before delivery.
- We allow our customers 24 hours after receiving the delivery to check for any damaged products; we are not liable for any damaged products claim once the 24-hour period has passed.
- Some items may require more than one person to handle. Our driver may ask you to help unload if the item requires more than one person.
Pickups From Our Store
- Pickup is available from our store in Auburn. The address is 7/191 Parramatta Rd, Auburn 2144 NSW.
- Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be ready for pick up; our team will notify you when your order is ready for collection. All items sold will only be held for three days unless a deposit or full payment has been received.
- We allow our customers 24 hours after receiving the delivery or collecting the order to check for any damaged products; we are not liable for any damaged products claim once the 24-hour period has passed.
